This beginner’s class will teach you how to make royal icing, the basic technique of “flooding” a cookie and how to incorporate beautiful designs into the icing. This class will focus on a Floral/Spring theme, perfect for springtime!
Included in this course will be one dozen baked cookies, royal icing in a variety of colors, tools for use during the class, recipes, and a box for transport home. Just show up and have fun! Cost is $60 per student.

There is a No Refund Policy for this workshop. If you are unable to make your reservation a 48-hour notice is required in order to reschedule. Any cancellation within 24 hours will forfeit the class but can pick up your materials. Sorry for the strict policy unfortunately we have to enforce.
